Momentum Martial Arts offers fitness conditioning classes for students of all ages at our gym in Reno, Nevada. At Momentum Martial Arts we emphasize functional fitness training that helps you to get fit, and also optimize your health for daily living. In our fitness classes, students gain functional strength, improved mobility, better cardio, and also develop increased energy as they go about their everyday lives.

If you are interested in doing a Spartan event, or cross-training for an upcoming MMA fight or jiu-jitsu tournament, ask about our competition classes. Comp classes are excellent for athletes wanting to push themselves to the next level while staying safe and healthy.
